Princess Alexandra, The Honourable Lady Ogilvy, is a member of the British royal family. She is the only daughter of Prince George, Duke of Kent, and Princess Marina of Greece and Denmark. She is a first cousin of Queen Elizabeth II.
Princess Alexandra was born on 25 December 1936, at Windsor Castle. She was christened Alexandra Helen Elizabeth Olga Christabel at the private chapel at Windsor Castle on 9 February 1937. Her godparents were King George VI, Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother, Princess Marina of Greece and Denmark, Prince Nicholas of Greece and Denmark, Princess Olga of Yugoslavia, and Lady Helen Montagu Douglas Scott.
Princess Alexandra was educated at Heathfield School, Ascot, and finishing school in Switzerland. She made her debut into society in 1955 at the Royal Caledonian Ball. She is a patron of many charities, including the British Red Cross, the NSPCC, and the Royal National Institute for the Blind.
In 1963, Princess Alexandra married the Honourable Angus Ogilvy. They had two children, James Ogilvy and Marina Ogilvy. Princess Alexandra and her husband divorced in 1989.
Princess Alexandra has been a loyal and hardworking member of the royal family for over 60 years. She is known for her kindness, compassion, and dedication to her charitable work.

Marriage and Family
In 1963, Princess Alexandra married the Honourable Angus Ogilvy. He was the son of David Ogilvy, 12th Earl of Airlie, and Lady Alexandra Coke. The wedding took place at Westminster Abbey. The couple had two children, James Ogilvy and Marina Ogilvy.
Princess Alexandra and her husband divorced in 1989.
Charity Work
Princess Alexandra is a patron of many charities, including the British Red Cross, the NSPCC, and the Royal National Institute for the Blind. She is also a patron of the Royal Alexandra and Albert School.
